How can I print a photographer’s information from the website?
Each listing on the website has a ‘Print’ link on the detail page. Once you click the link, a new page will open with the information in a printer-friendly format.

Is it possible to tell a friend about a photographer I found on the website?
Yes. Each listing on the website contains an ‘Email A Friend’ link on the detail page. Click the link and a pop-up will open. Please fill out all fields in the pop-up, and an email will be sent to your friend.

May I use a photo that I found on your site?
Unfortunately, no.  All of the materials listed on our site are copyrighted by respective owners/photographers.  You would need to contact them directly for permission.

I just signed up for a new listing.  How long before I see it on your website?
BabyPhotographers.com reviews each and every new listing before posting it to the website.  This process can take 1-2 business days.

I just updated some of my information in the member’s area but now I don’t see my listing on the website.
After you make an update to your listing, BabyPhotographers.com needs to review and approve it.  This could take 1-2 business days.

Can I have more than one listing using the same account?

Yes.  You can add, remove, and manage multiple listings all within the same account.

Can I have more than 1 phone number appear in my listing?

Yes.  You can enter multiple phone numbers in the Phone field.

What is a featured image?
You can upload a photo for a featured image if you have a Showcase listing. This photo will accompany your listing when it is shown on the homepage of the website in the “Featured Photographers” section.

How can I add videos to my listing?
Only the Showcase listing level allows you to add a video. If you have a Showcase listing, then in the Member Area, select “manage listing.”  Select your listing and choose “edit.”  Once you are inside the listing information, scroll down to Video Snippet Code.  In a new browser, go to the page where your video is displayed in YouTube, Animoto or whichever video sharing service you’re using. Find the ‘Embed’ code for the video. Copy and paste the code into the Embedded Code field on the listing form.

Where can I find videos to add to my listing?
There are many sites that host videos. The most popular are: http://www.youtube.com, http://animoto.com, http://video.google.com, http://video.yahoo.com, and http://www.dailymotion.com.

What goes in the Specials section?
If you have a Premium or Showcase listing, there is a section for Specials.  Use this area to tell your customers about current or upcoming promotions that you are running.

What happens if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, please click on the 'Forgot your Password?' link on the member login page. A password recovery email will be sent to the email address provided from your contact information. The email will contain a link which will redirect you to the 'Manage Account' section, where you can then update your password.

Why am I receiving an 'Account Locked' message?

If you attempt to access your account and type in an incorrect password 5 times the account will lock for 1 hour. This is for security reasons.

Why is my listing showing up near the bottom of the search results?
Listing order is determined by your listing level.  Showcase listings are shown first, followed by Premium, and then Basic.

I have a photography business but no website.  Can I still have a listing?

Yes!  Just leave the URL field blank in the member area.

How can I find out how many people have visited my listing?

In the member’s area, select the Traffic Reports icon next to your listing.  You will be directed to a page with a graph and a table which both tell you how many times your listing items have been clicked.

How can I get more people to view my listing?

The easiest way to increase your exposure is to upgrade listing levels.  Then, be sure to utilize the maximum number of categories for your listing.

What if my listing is rejected by you?
If your listing is rejected we will help you to try and resolve the issue for the rejection or we will refund your money for that order.

Am I required to have an account to add items to the site?

Yes. In order to add any item, including Basic items, to the website you must have an account.
